Agreement provides depot level support with repair services performed at a Sony Authorized Service Location during regular Sony business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:00p).  Included are the following: priority depot service (typically 3 business days turn around plus shipping time); remedial maintenance including all parts, labor and return shipping costs; Sony Core Exchange (formerly FRB) priority module exchange; software support; toll-free telephone technical support provided Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p (except Sony holidays)

Agreement provides field level support with repair services performed on-site at Endusers location during regular Sony business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:00p). Included are the following: priority on-site service (Field Engineer dispatched to site next business day); remedial maintenance including all parts and labor; Sony Core Exchange (formerly FRB) priority module exchange; software support; toll-free telephone technical support provided 24x7x365.
