24 month SupportNET DepotPLUS Service Agreement for DSR250 Digital Camcorder. Agreementprovides depot level support with repair services performed at a Sony Authorized Service Location during regular Sony business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:00p).  Included are the following: priority depot service; remedial maintenance including all parts, labor and return shipping costs; Sony Core Exchange (formerly FRB) priority module exchange; software support; toll-free telephone technical support provided Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:00p (except Sony holidays).

MACK 1023 2 Year Extended Warranty (4 Year Program Also Available)
This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty on the equipment for an additional period of 2 (two) years. The professional video equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly, at no charge to you (this includes all parts and labor and head replacement when necessary). Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact, lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories not covered: cable boxes, connectors, interchangeable lenses, decorative parts, A/C adapters, cables, handles, carry straps, knobs, buttons, remote, rusting, corrosion or batteries. This limited warranty is transferable on listed equipment for a $20.00 fee.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service, it must be delivered post paid with warranty #, the owner's name and address, dated sales invoice and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, N.J. 07081 along with a check for $20.00 to cover shipping and handling in the Continental U.S. (cost for overseas shipping to be determined). Call 973-467-2291 or 800-252-MACK (outside of N.J.) for a UPS Call Tag to be issued or for a Mack authorized Service Center near you (at the discretion of Mack Camera).

Service Center must have written authorization from Mack Camera before any repairs are completed.
